Training for Better Responses
Enhance your AI Agent's future interactions by learning from real user conversations.
Option 1: Train via the Chatbot Dashboard
- Test your chatbot directly in the dashboard
- If the response is suboptimal, click "Train Better Response"
- Edit or rewrite the ideal response
- Save; it automatically updates your knowledge base
Option 2: Train via the Conversations Tab
- Review actual user conversations
- Identify any weak or inaccurate AI answers
- Click "Train Better Response" directly from the conversation log
- Your edit updates the knowledge base for improved future responses
