In ChatAgentLab, you have two easy ways to update your chatbot's knowledge base:

  • Test your AI Agent directly in the dashboard
  • If the answer isn’t accurate or helpful, click "Train Better Response"
  • Edit the response to what you want the AI to say next time
  • Click Save
