Voice In = Voice to Text

The current version of voice functionality inside the chat widget is completely free for both agencies and sub-accounts.

⚙️ How to Enable Voice

Follow these steps to enable or disable voice features:

1. Navigate to the Update Tab of any AI agent.
2. Click into Advanced Settings.
3. Toggle the Voice Feature ON or OFF depending on what you want the user to experience.
