When enabled, this feature automatically shows a small pop-up message to visitors who land on a webpage with the chat widget installed.

The pop-up serves as a friendly greeting or prompt to engage users and start a conversation with the AI agent.

⏱ How it Works

  • After the user lands on the webpage, the system waits a defined number of seconds (set by you).
  • The initial message appears as a small pop-up attached to the chat widget.
  • This increases user engagement and prompts interaction.

⚙️ Configuration Example:

Initial Messages Popup Delay: 5

✅ The initial message will pop up 5 seconds after page load.

Initial Messages Popup Delay: -1

✅ Setting it to -1 disables the auto pop-up completely.
